Terms of Sale Overview
We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our listings.
The successful high bidder will submit a $1,000 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Cash (in person), certified check, bank wire transfers, or 3rd-party financing.

Our "internet specials" are "no hassle/no haggle" prices and do not include taxes, license/title, finance charges, loan origination fees, and $399.00 dealer documentary fee. Any and all discounts for paying cash are reflected in our "internet special" pricing
Sales tax, license/title and fees must be collected from customer per Arizona law regardless of the state you reside in unless the vehicle is shipped out of state. Shipping, in cases of out of state delivery, is the financial responsibility of the customer unless other arrangements. While we never pay for shipping, we may be able to arrange it for you through one of our shipping partners at a discounted rate. PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY BY PHONE WITH ANY QUESTIONS!!!
WE DO NOT SEND OUT SECOND CHANCE OFFERS OR EMAIL OFFERS. This is for your protection! If you receive a second chance offer, please notify us immediately so we can turn it over to the proper authorities. As such, we disclaim any responsibility for someone who "accepts" a second chance offer not authorized by us. If you question the authenticity, please call us BEFORE you send any money to someone trying to scam you. We will not be responsible for deposits that are not sent directly to us.
Sales Tax:
If the car is not delivered to you out of state (and we can arrange transportation, just ask) and you physically take delivery in Arizona off our lot, we will need to collect 8.05% Arizona State Sales Tax. ARIZONA IS A "RECIPROCATING STATE" - MEANING THAT STATE SALES TAXES YOU PAY IN ARIZONA WILL BE LIKE PAYING STATE TAXES IN YOUR OWN STATE OF RESIDENCE. IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO PAY TAXES IN ARIZONA, WE MUST ARRANGE TO DO AN OUT OF STATE DELIVERY AND YOU CAN PAY YOUR STATE TAXES IN YOUR OWN STATE. REMEMBER - UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PAYING TWICE. You will get a credit in your state for any sales tax you paid Arizona. You will NOT be paying any taxes twice. Buyer is also responsibile for dealer's documentary fee of $399.00 and any other options selected.
PRIOR SALE:
As these vehicles are on our retail lot available for sale, any and all vehicles displayed online are subject to prior sale and auctions/listing may be ended early for that reason. Again, if you are interested in this unit, please call us for availability before you bid.
Deposit:
A deposit of $1000 or 10% deposit is due within 2 days of end of auction and balance due within 7 days of end of auction. We accept money wire and cashiers checks or certified funds. AZ residents will need to pay sales tax and anyone who takes delivery in Arizona will need to pay sales tax. All others who have the car delivered are responsible for tax in their own state. We can store the car in order for you to make travel arrangements. We will gladly pick you up at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and take you to the car. We want this to be a fun experience for anyone who buys it.
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
